As the head coach and founder of Ignite Performance, my journey has been defined by years of relentless trial and error. I've been on a mission to unlock higher levels of performance across all aspects of life while navigating the complexities of everyday demands.
With a 1st class honors degree in Strength & Conditioning, sponsorship from USN and a track record of conquering multiple endurance races and strength feats, I've honed my expertise to provide you with the most effective training methods. But my journey doesn't end there – I've recently embraced fatherhood, becoming a business owner who comprehends the intricacies of life's challenges and the value of time-saving strategies.

With our time effective workouts, you can expect to see great results with anywhere from 3-5h per week depending on your availability.
Do I have to stick to a strict diet plan?
We understand the time demand of your role and never expect our clients to stick to a strict plan. We value flexibility and balance in our approach which gets long term results.
Can I speak to any of your clients for a second opinion?
Absolutely, don't just take our word for it. On our call we are happy to provide a number of references for you to get in touch with if you need more help deciding if this is worth your investment.
I've had a personal trainer before, will this work for me?
The Ignite Performance Coaching service is different to any other training service. We provide around the clock service and support along with providing you the tools needed to excel, whilst working on the bigger lifestyle factors that yield results.
What can I expect to happen in the first couple of weeks?
With our kickstart orientation meeting, we set 3-5 simple yet highly effective actionable steps for you to implement to help you see a rapid increase in mood, energy and focus, whilst kickstarting your fat loss and performance progress.
